Success of 1st Leaders in Football Conference at La Manga Club

“A triumph”, “superb” and “the best event I have ever attended” were just some of the comments received from the 80 senior Director level rights holders and sponsors who attended this spring’s Leaders networking event in La Manga Club.

The unique concept was designed to help senior level people develop real insight across sport and build long lasting relationships amongst their peer group through a number of business (and sporting) networking activities in an inspirational setting. 100% of all attendees (across 7 different sports) reported it was a worthwhile experience with 93% stating the event exceeded their business objectives for attending.

Dienza present the La Manga Club Superbike Experience

One of the lesser-known activities for corporate and incentive groups in and around La Manga Club is motor sports. The Cartagena Speed Circuit is just 30 minutes away from the resort and is ideal for car launches, motor sport / track days or even a Superbike Experience.

Footballers’ Golf Classic at La Manga Club

June 5th to 10th 2010

Following the success of last year’s event, which saw 28 teams and star footballers battle it out for the prestigious Green Jacket, the 14th edition of this La Manga Club “classic” looks set to be every bit as thrilling as its predecessors.

Sponsored by Addison Lee and organised by Mancini Events (led by former Arsenal and QPR player Terry Mancini) in collaboration with La Manga Club, the event sees teams of three amateurs playing alongside a different football celebrity each day. In previous years, footballers have included Trevor Brooking, Francis Lee, Steve Bull, Matt Le Tissier, Graeme Sharp, Glenn Hoddle, Liam Brady, Pat Jennings and Kenny Dalglish to name but a few.

There is a comprehensive event package including 5* accommodation, welcome buffet dinner & draw, BBQ dinner, Gala dinner & prize giving with entertainment, 4 rounds of competition golf, event gifts, prizes, trophies and a full colour printed itinerary. Team (3 players) or individual entries are welcome.
