The camps will run every morning from 8.15am – 9.15am . They will also be running Adventure Hikes from 7.30 – 8.30am, 3 days a week from the hotel steps.
Kate has designed a series of different sunrise hikes, making the most of the beautiful surroundings in the Calblanque Natural Park. Kate comments: “These hikes are for everyone. We all stay together, so all levels of fitness can join in. During the hike we will stop for metabolic boosting strength exercises using bands and sports conditioning exercises to help build a strong, lean body whilst enjoying the spectacular environment that is La Manga Club.”

For the youngsters, Adventure Fitness Camp will also be running their Adventure Athletics Academies for Kids this summer.
